is it possible to have a seagrass biotope with coral like xenia and gsp or Kenya tree then just a ton of caleurpa with mabye like 5 lb of rock in a 20g

Don't know, but if you search "seagrass aquarium" on Google you will find several builds.

Here they use less live rock hidden behind the grass but not none.
