No notification on watched threads.

i am not getting ANY notifications. Not after interactions, not on my own threads. None!

I am having this same issue intermittently. Just few min ago I started a thread closed my phone came back 20 min later checked if I had any notifications and I did not so decided to check my thread I started and there was 3 new messages but I was not notified.
