No phosphates high nitrates

You think I should continue to dose phosphates? I did this and there was no change but unwanted algae growth.

I’d maintain dosing if the level otherwise declines below 0.01 ppm phosphate. If the level stays at 9.01 or higher without dosing, I’d stop.
