No pox ran out do I just refill

So I let my homemade NOPOX run out in one tank and my nitrates skyrocketed. Do I just refill and keep same dose, or do I need to ramp up again to avoid issues?

Predator tank with GSP. Nitrates 39.6 on 10/27 nitrates over 75 Hanna tester today.

Only fear is when I first started dosing in encountered a bacterial bloom of some sort and lost a broomtail. Thinking not the same as it hasn’t been out too long.

How about starting with half as much for a few days to observe the effects?
