Thanks for your time!

I believe I have a case of Red Planaria. It's time to address the problem. :(

I have everything on hand to go with Salifert's Flat Worm Exit - but I'm nervous.

I've read a lot about a specific type of wrasse that might work.

I don't think I should wait any longer to treat, would you go the natural route and skip the qt for the wrasse or go with the risks of FWE?

Current fish:
1 kole tang
2 clowns
1 ywg

I would always quarantine. It’s not worth risking velvet or ich etc.and then you’d have to run fallow for months...

Also, keep in mind that a wrasse may not solve your problem.

If it should make any difference - I was gonna go with a Hoeven's Wrasse(Melanurus Wrasse).

I've always kept a wrasse (6 line or Melanurus) in my tank as a natural control of flat worms and nudibranches. One time my 6 line jumped out and I got lazy and didn't replace him for several months. Had an outbreak of nudis and went and picked up a 6 line locally that day and put him straight in the display.
