No response regarding NYAQUATIC order

I placed a order 02/01/20 for a juvenile Flagfin on 02//01/20, my credit card was charged. I have left messages and emails regarding my order with no response. I’m posting here to see if anyone has had a problem. I’ve ordered from Michael before without issues. But I have had no responses.
