No3 and p04 question

Hey guys
Just seeing if my levels are in check here

Tested nitrate at 15ish ppm
Tested phosphate at .13

Those seem in a good area.
Sps coral are just not looking at colorful as they where before.

In my unprofessional opinion I believe phosphate could be a little elevated but don’t take that to the bank
