So, after many tests and threads. I succumb to GHA. Yup. Trace of phos and 10 ppm NO3. Keeping up with water changes but Jesus! Feel NOPHOSX is not the answer. Time I feel unless someone had a better plan.

Using weekly doses of Red Sea, NO3PO4 or maybe biweekly.

How old is your tank and did you set it up with dry rock?

Tank is three years old and set it up with live rock but didn't seem best quality to me at the time. Tank is actually flourishing and have a lawnmower but GHA is just the last pain in my but.
