Any thoughts on using the new MicrobacterClean while also dosing NO3:PO4x? 20 gallon Nuvo, trying to get phosphate and nitrate stable, 1 year old tank, winning a slow fight against the cyano and green algae. Weekly 5 gallon water changes done auto via DoS, 0.8 gallons per day done simultaneously. No skimmer, feeding 1/2 cube frozen (rinsed with RO) daily, occasional reef chili for the few softies in the tank. I know the water changes are what’s best long term, just curious if the one additive would have a negative effect on the other.

I would say lets check with @Randy Holmes-Farley for a correct answer. Double dosing products for the same issue may not work so well even if the Microbacter Clean is labeled as microbes and natural enzymes.
