So my sps frags are starting to brown out. I don’t think it’s a lighting issue, and my NO3 year last night has me concerned.

My NO3 Test using Red Sea nitrate pro was a bright pink, using the low range. Thinking I have more than 4, I used the high range and the vial was clear. To me this is an indication of 4ppm.

My PO4 per Hanna was 0.01.

Someone recommended using NoPox but I don’t have an elevated PO4 reading, so I am unsure if I can/should use it.

I know I have elevated nitrates because I have algae growing in my overflow box across the back of the tank and I have to clean my glass 2x a week.

If I am able to use it, how much should I use given that it’s mainly an NO3 problem and not an NO3 and PO4 problem? My total water volume is approximately 125 gallons.
