Hi

I was wondering if anyone else had problems with the MP10? I have had mine for just over a year and it started to be quite noisy in the last couple of weeks. I had a spare wetside and had cleaned thoroughly both of them, which didn't seem to fix it. In the belief that I might have damaged either of them I bought a third wetside and still the same noise.

I then contacted evotech support and the guy there asked me to post a video of the problem and a picture of the wetside disassembled. His response seems to be that there is nothing wrong with the dryside as it does not make the same level of noise when not contacted, but he says the wetside showed signs of a lot of wear, which, given I bought this unit less than 5 days ago seemed like a copout, especially when he tells me he can help me no more and to contact my local distributor.

Can anyone else make any more recommendations? (Aside from contacting the distributor, which I will do in the morning :) )

Thanks

You may have done this already, but have you tried rotating the wet side to see if the noise level changes? One other thing would be to clean the glass where you place it (I use a credit card to scrape the glass and ensure it’s smooth).
