Noise on Vortech dry side and not working

My less than a year old Mp40 is stopped working and I can hear grinding noise on the dry side. See the video. Is this something serious that require service?

Less than a year should be under warranty. Call Ecotech.

You can take it apart (3 screws under the front sticker, 3 screws under the back sticker), but that would probably void the warranty.
