Noisey Light needs to goooooooooooo!

I have a JBJ 24 gallon nano cube reef tank. The hood light is EXTREMELY noisy. Looking to update with an affordable, quieter option. I have a mix of LPS & SPS corals so I need the right lighting without heating the tank. I've looked at A I options, I'm sorting through other chats on here to see if anyone has already offered a solution, just making sure I get the right thing. I'm thinking of converting the the hood and installing whatever light I purchase since I do not really want to do an open top due to the fear of my wrasse, shark nose goby or clowns jumping out.
