noisy 90g overflow

Any link or suggestions to quiet this corner overflow. Marineland 90g. Aqueon 630 return pump. Thanks

Are you getting a gurgling sound? If so make sure the hole on the top of the durso is clear. If that isn't the issue get a piece of airline and feed it into the hole on top of the durso. Play around with how far into the pipe it goes and you should be able to find a sweet spot where it's quiet. Hope this helps

do u have the herbie method or the classic overflow that it comes with?

I have a hang on back overflow and it was really loud so what I did was in my plumbing made so bends Nd cuts with 90° angles and that prevented as much air than if the plumbing is going straight down

Whatever came with it. I will check the tube on top to see if its plugged. And yes its the gurgling sound.

Tube is not plugged. Its the holes on the side that suck in air on the drain pipe. Water level fluctuates about an inch and a half

Removed filter sock and it fluctuates less. Water stays just above those holes now. Still noisy. Will try the air tubing
