Noisy brand new MP40qd

Hi guys,
i've bought a brand new mp40 qd but the wet side is noisy, like grinding, only in food mode is almost unearble.

I've already tried to open the wetside and clean it, but nothing changed. Should I try to change the lube before shipping back to service ?
Any other idea ?

Make sure the dry and wet side are lined up perfectly when running.

yes, they are aligned. probably i've solved by opening the wet side and cleaning the excess lube with some paper. now it's deadly silent.

Things get bumped around in shipment. I always disassemble any new wet sides before use to make sure everything is okay.
