Noisy Koralia 3rd gen

I have had 2 or the hydor koralia's on opposing ends of my 6 ft 150 gal for about 6 months now. They are controlled by the hydor controller, and thus far I have been happy.

Recently one of the koralias has a wicked buzzing sound. I've cleaned it a couple times but the sound remains. I don't have any coralline growing yet anyway (at least not on the ph)

Anyone have any suggestions/fixes?

I really like the size and adjustability of these and don't want to shell out the money for the vortech. Thanks!

How did you clean it? I would run it in some vinegar for a few hours and see if that helps.

I will try that next, I just don't think there is any calcification in there

Gotcha.
You could take it apart to make sure everything is lined up correctly. I've done that before to fix noise on the older EVO series, never owned a 3rd gen though.
