Non-Chlorine Pool Oxidizer Substitute for Hyd Peroxide?

Does anyone know if non-chlorine Oxidizers like this one:

Or any of these:

Amazon.com: non-chlorine oxidizer

Can be used as a substitute for Hydrogen peroxide to clean filter socks? Any dangers of use (beyond the dangers of oxidizers to the users of the products)?

They can probably be used, but simple bleach also works fine.

The ingredient in the first one is: Sodium Dichloro-s-triazinetrione Dihydrate

When it is added to water, the chlorine atoms are released to form hypochlorous acid (HOCl) which acts to kill bacteria and other microorganisms.

Thanks - but I am trying to get away from Bleach - as I've heard peroxides work better at breaking down the algae that might be sitting in a sock while a bleach leaves the algae but strips the pigment - making it look clean but leaving the algae to decompose in the sock.

Actually - at the pool store - I think it said it was Potassium peroxymonosulfate.

I disagree with that statement, as bleach will remove all organic matter, but whatever chemical it is in those substitutes, I wouldn't attribute it to be more like hydrogen peroxide than bleach without studying the particular property (algae removal) that you are referring to.
