I have one available. There's a Velcro sticker covering the manufacturing date on the driver. They are definitely older than the new quiet drives by more than a year. However, these pumps were placed in storage several years ago. So they haven't been run their entire lives. I ran it for a minute to test it out and it ran great! I'm in Simi Valley, CA.
