Would like to make some baffles for a sump. . . but suck at cutting glass. . . could and might use acrylic. Any suggestions?

Acrylic or ABS, both are good on a table saw (try it wit a carbide blade on backwards). Silicone does not bond well to either but is usually OK for sump baffles. Proper bounding requires specialty adhesives, often two-part.

I used ones similiar to these but it is gonna matter the size of the sump. Anything acrylic of similar thickness will work, you just dont want it so thin that it bows

Keep in mind acrylic swells just a bit in water. So cut your baffles just a smidge short so it doesn't crack the tank.

Seen it happen many times over the years.
