Hello,
This is my first time posting a thread. Thanks to all the people who post here and offer up their experience and knowledge.
I am putting together a nano IM15 Fusion and chose the Noo-Psyche K7 Pro V3 (trying out for a larger tank next year). My light came in today, took about 9 days from China. The finish is great and after a little trouble, I was able to connect to my phone and import other member’s lighting schedules. My issue is the power supply looks too week. The light advertises 140w, however, the power supply can only output 126w. Has anyone else received this weaker power supply? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Yours look different than the power supplies for the two I ordered a month or so ago. Other than that, I can’t help you very much.
Mine say 24v-6a. They don’t list a wattage.
Also I have checked the wattage on my lights using a Kasa smart power strip and it was around 145 watts when turned up fully.

Thanks for the picture! 24v x 6a= 144watts, if my memory serves me correctly. My power supply doesn’t even have the NP on it. I was careful to only purchase from the manufacturer hoping to avoid issues. Looks like Noo-Phyche might be selling their own knockoffs.

This is the same power supply as mine.

Here is the front/top of the light. My power supply looks like something for a laptop. All plastic, no heat sync. Unfortunately I do not have a way to measure the wattage, though I suspect it maxes out at 126w

I have 6 and all of my power supplies look like this one. Hopefully this is just a mistake and not Noopsyche skimping out

On a side note I thought all usa orders were to be fulfilled by Zack b and not ship from China :thinking-face:

This was my understanding as well i am sure there is a good explanation. I would imagine zach would ship a power supply and a return label....almost looks like a mini power supply dont quote me though.....this is my mini 60w power supply...

This. I'm wondering where did the OP order from?

...Or is the point of sale/production cheapening out?

The curse of chinahut ordering ☹️

Doing some research it looks like aliexpress is sending out lights with the 126w power supply like the op's even older model noops didnt have a 126w supply....so interested as well to see where it was purchased from

Thanks for the picture update but we are trying to figure out why a 126w power supply was shipped for a 140w light so doesnt help all that much unless you can zoom in on the power supply to see outputs. Are you able to do this or did you just copy and paste? Just wondering if you are able to for this thread would be a benefit

It's clearly the wrong power supply, isn't the only next step for OP to reach out to whoever they bought it from for a refund/exchange/new power supply? Not sure there's much more that can be done here.

But if its ordered from Alie, that isnt the true noop site, just a reseller.

Actual noopsyche has a www... addy to order from directly which IIRC @Zach B is involved with for the USA drop shipping.

Edit: here is the website if you didnt order from there it isnt direct from manufacturer.
