Can someone tell me if good guy or bad guy? Looks like a regular bristleworm to me comparing to other pics here, but wanted to be sure? First one i see in my tank!

They are good they’ll eat a lot of leftover food. Only issue is some can grow pretty big and they can turn into a bunch of bristleworms
