Noob question about Blastos

Please forgive me for such a noob question. I’m a long term FOWLER, but first time trying a reef tank. I’m trying to determine what a healthy Blasto looks like. The majority of things I read uses subject terms: Low flow, medium flow, low light, medium light, swollen, inflated, etc. I want to get to a point that I can identify all those things.

For example, here is my Blasto. Does it look like it should?

It looks a bit receded, how is your flow and lighting exactly? You wanna be sure not to hit it directly with either

That’s good advice. It is likely getting too much flow. I’ll move it out of the flow and see how it reacts.
