So My blue Hippo and Kole Yellow Eye have come down with a mild Case of Ich. Both seem to be acting normal, eating well, definitely happy overall. No one appears stressed.

At what point do I make the call top pull everyone out and QT? Is it bad to just let it ride?

I've searched through the forums. and every other thread is basically people arguing about whether certain treatments work or not and arguments. I don't want any of that.

1. Should I pull the tangs out and try to get them some temporary relief?
2. Let it ride until they are in duress and see if they can fight it off on their own?
3. Or skip to last resort and trap everyone for quarantine?

If they were in distress I'd go ahead with the QT, but they seem totally fine. No flashing or anything.

#3 trap everyone for quarantine.
X2. The issue is that it will remain a ticking time bomb if untreated -- you might as well get used to qt these days because of velvet anyway... it's everywhere.

Good luck, friend!

Qt is the right choice but unfortunately for some that's not an option. The same exact fish came down with ich in my tank o well
