I would say get a Red Sea or Salifert kit and test again. That is one of the reasons why I got rid of my API kits. But I would say that appears somewhere between 0 and .25

Tough call, definitely darker than 0 but not as dark as .25. I would try test one more time. Make sure to shake for exactly 1 min I think per instructions
