Noob question

Hi I have tiny white bugs on my glass this surely isn't pods my tanks not long cycled ? Also have aptasia
Could you post a pic of the white bugs? For aptasia, I use Aptasia-X, but it’s not the greatest. If you’re not careful, the aptasia will spread. Filefish eat aptasia, but I’ve never had one. Hopefully someone with more experience with them can chime in. Good luck!

if you added live rocks or anything wet from a store or from someone else's tank, then pods (and aptaisia) have made their way into your tank. Tiny white bugs on the glass, to me, are pods.

99.9% chance these are copeods-- a good thing.

As for the aiptasia, kill them. Don't wait. They WILL be out of control before you know it. If there are just a couple in a new tank, the time to solve this problem is now, while it's an annoyance and not a colossal pain. For just one or two in a tank without any corals you have a lot of options. Gluing over them or using aiptasia x are both great. When I see them in a new tank, if it's possible, I take out the rock that they are on and put a toothpaste thick mixture of kalk and tank water completely covering the aiptasia with the rock out of the water, then I sort of go to town on the area where the aiptasia is located with a toothpick or similar, just scraping the anemone up and making sure that all the books and crannies of the rock got the kalk paste. It's overkill, but it works. There is no risk of them spreading this way. The concern is that if using something like aiptasia x, sometimes they can spit out a bunch of offspring when you annoy them.

I though that but tanks only just cycled so didn't think pods with multiple like they have must be healthy system ?
