Noob saltwater questions

im new to saltwater and been stocking up on the corals a little here and a little there got myself 11 so far sooo expensive
Ok I was wondering right now how long does it take new Duncan heads to grow full size I’ve had a 2 head Duncan for maybe a month now and it has sprouted 4-6 little heads a few are almost a month old now still not really popping out with the other heads yet

Lighting low (hipargero 30w led coral light)
Flow hob filter
Hydro koralia 5xx forget exactly
Small water pump
Feeding mysis shrimp few times weekly
And nls fish food
Have reef roids on the way to broadcast feed

1 Duncan ( started 2 heads has about 5-6 baby heads now)
1 rose bubble tip anemone (past few days been moody comes out a few hrs then closes up

Ok so I’m in he process of making a diy gfo reactor was just really curious will this keep the algae grow growing on the glass and keep the red sheet algae out of the sand.

Which corals can touch and which should be no where near

I depends, there is no set rate of growth. Ducans do grow quickly. Lighting, flow, feeding and desolved nutrients all play a role on growth of corals. Spot feeding ducans will increase growth. I also bought a 2 head duncan a few months ago and it sprouted at least 6-8 tiny new heads and within a month all doubled in size. I keep in on the sand in the corner of the tank so it gets moderate light and random moderate flow and I spot feed it at least once a week. 250w 20k MH lignting. Pic is few weeks old and new heads are not very visable.
