Hey!
I started up an account here a while ago but I finally just got my first tank! 120 gallon w / sump. Planning to make it a FOWLR
Not trying to spend a tremendous amount of money but want to ensure I am creating the best set up.
Located in SE Florida.
**I don't see a way to upload photos aside from URL / link?
Main questions:
How to set up sump?
(I have a pump and sump itself but I need to get the necessary pieces to connect)
I was told the 1" bulk heads would need to be replaced.
Flexible or rigid PVC pipes better?
Where do you get your plumbing supplies? FIsh store / site or home depot?
What is the best means for testing water?
The test strips are accurate / old school but is there an electronic meter that reads multiple things? Or do I get one to test for each thing?
Classic refractometer to measure salinity still best?
