Not sure what's up. Asked Zack about getting a power supply for my light. Had one of the old ones. He said give him my info and it will be sent out. Been almost two weeks, looks like he hasnt been on in awhile. They need to have at least 3 guys in the states. This is crazy you gotta hunt down people because I wanna keep using their lights. Hope he is ok.

Yeah, I love the light, but I’ve been waiting since July to find out the screw type and thread counts so I can build a wall mount for it. Would have purchased two more for a new build but think I’m going to go with something else because of lack of support.

Ive been using Noopsyche lights for several years now and love the lights. When I first got the lights I would PM them on here relatively frequently and always got quick replies. Sadly it seems like I am seeing people having issues with their customer service more and more.

Just curious if you’re looking for the screw size for the four holes on the top of the light itself. If so I believe they’re M3 X 0.5. I don’t know the factory length. I had to buy some to mount my lights to a t slot frame and I needed longer screws.

I need the screw size/thread that connects the arm to the X bracket.

Why couldn't you just take your bracket to a hardware store to find a bolt that fits?
At the time I thought it was a pretty simple question for Noopsyche to answer. I had thought about taking the current arm in and try and find the match, but as time went by and saw the other posts about support issues, started to think that was the sign to move on to another brand for my new build.

How do I get a power supply. This is getting so dang frustrating. I just need a power supply. Zack is MIA . Where do I get one.

If you measure the diameter and divide by 25.4 it equals the metric size. You can do the length this way also.
All metric screw lengths are by 5mm.
So they come in 5, 10, 15, ect.

You can also do the opposite to get American if you know the metric size.

6mm / 25.4 = .236
.236 x 25.4 = 6mm

Standard pitch for a 3mm is .5 and a 4mm is .7 and 5mm is .8 and 6mm is 1mm
