The light weighs 1 pound 13 oz. (I weighed one yesterday while calculating my floating canopy weight)
The arm weighs roughly 5 pounds. I did not weigh it but I am pretty good at guessing.
The warranty is a year if I recall correctly.

Lights are shipped to your house. We are working on a website specifically for this group buy. Most likely paypal, but a possibility of credit/debit card as well.
Warranty is 1 year.
