I hate to come here to complain, but I thought I should share with the community. I don't have any comments regarding the product, but have not been impressed with customer service so far... I placed an order for the K7 mini on June 4th and received the package in a timely manner. However, upon unboxing, I realized the K7 Pro v3 was sent by accident. It's looks like a great light, but would be overkill for my IM Nuvo 15. I've tried contacting
@noopsyche multiple times to resolve the issue, but have not received a response and almost to the point of contacting my credit card to file a dispute. Again, I hate posts like this but felt the need to share.
