I've edited the data points but can't get the unit to load the profile. Tried to take notes on each step of the youtube video but no luck. Anyone have any tips on this? I have it attached to a mechanical timer on manual mode for now.

Still on manual mode but other than figuring out automatic mode it looks great and the spectrum is super fun to play with.

We need to get an answer to this ASAP and I will contact @noopsyche to see what is wrong. They are on Chinese holiday til mid February but he does stop in to check things out.
Hey @dantimdad , @Crimsonvice , @MSB123 do you guys have a solution for this?

OK, I will try.

Did you make sure the light changed color and tried to connect when you pressed the button?

I had to try 3 times before it connected.

Also, don't unplug the remote from the wall while connecting.

I think there just needs to be step by step instructions. Deciphering the youtube video or translated instructions isn't working. If someone could step up who knows how to get it to work and is familiar with problems that one may encounter...
I may be dense but I can't imagine everyone figured this out easily.

You have to make sure the lights are connected to the controller.

-Go through the controller and set up "Auto" mode with desired settings.

-When everything is to your liking back out (press and hold knob) and get ready to transmit.

-Go to your lights and press the button so they are all blinking blue.

-Click transmit and all lights should stop blinking and transmit status should say 100%. At this point all lights should go to set time and setting.

I think this only has to be done once. After that they will all be linked and any setting changes can automatically be made by adjust data points.

Let me know if this helps. If not I can try and make a video. I am no professional, but I can see what I can do.

@Crimsonvice
I am bummed to report still can't get this to work.
The time is correct
I go under the K7 submenu
Select "A"
I have setup all of my data points under "SPS/LPS"
The light indicator is blue
I press the button it begins to flash blue
I go the the "H" menu to transmit
and it just says "Transmit 1"
A click on the controller changes to "Transmit 2" so on and so forth but never shows 100%

And now it seems the settings on my manual mode are no longer working as changing the spectrum has no effect on the light even while the indicator is red.

This is getting pretty frustrating :(

Anyone have any idea how to reset this thing? The spectrum it is stuck on is a mess and I can't change it on Manual mode anymore...
@dantimdad @Manose

Sorry to be a pain not sure what I am missing here.

You are not a pain as we need to get this resolved.
Do you have the controller plugged in to the wall or is it operating on its own power?
The way I got mine up is I made sure each light was blinking blue, then I selected K7 on the front menu then went and selected SPS/LPS and poof my lights were recognized.
Has to be a step that you are missing somewhere. Mine would not work till I unplugged the controller from the wall.

I do have the controller charging on the usb. I'll try removing the usb connection tonight. When I got to transmit is there a specific message I should see or a light sequence that confirms the data points have been transmitted? So far it has a transmit..# with the # being 1-9 and the wheel just scrolls through the numbers endlessly. I never see a "100%"

You have to push the button on a number. They are data points or more specifically time of day ramp points.

So if you are on 1 push the button. It will let you set the first time of day set points.

I hope that makes sense.

So I tried that as well but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'll tty it tonight with the controller unplugged.

I am not sure. I will see if I can make a video tonight and post it. Sorry you are having so much trouble.

Tried it a million times followed all the instructions copied each step of the video and on the 2nd to last click to exit out of the m / a / h menu it gives this error every time.

@noopsyche I need your help here. Do I have a bad controller??

Not sure if you have already figured it out? I had some trouble yesterday with connecting as well. Solution when the blue light is blinking, click the transfer button. Then it reads 'Transmit' and a number (depending on how often you tried). It's important to wait (looks like nothing is happening) untill it connects and the light turns on. This took maybe 20 seconds. When they are turned on, I can change the settings and see the results real life. So no need to make a new connection to the light.

I am going to try and use the reset pin tonight to see if I can start fresh and get past this timing error. Hoping as more people grab this light or @noopsyche returns I can get this thing working properly

im having the same issue anyone care to help
