Testing began this morning on the referenced luminaire. Initial impression is very positive. With the luminaire six inches above the water surface, and at a depth of 17" (total of 23" from light to improved MQ-510 PAR sensor) PPFD can over 300 (light at maximum intensity.) PUR, as measured by a Seneye device, is a respectable 76%.
I've got to do a ton of work with this light, but so far, so good.

@Dana Riddle, PPFD is the unit I read on my par meter, yeah? Just double checking as I typically just call it par lol.

I have 6 of these lights on the way, from the generous Noopsyche giveaway. My sticks currently get ~350 par in the middle of my tank 10" below the waterline (apogee 510), so your data makes me pretty excited!

This at 17" depth and luminaire 6" above water surface (total 23" from lamp to Apogee MQ-510 sensor.)
Is that directly below the light? How much does it drop off towards the glass?

Yup Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density (PPFD) is the proper metric for Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) and Photosynthetically Usable Radiation (PUR.)

Those are 4 measurements made at brightness pre-sets (low to high) at a single point. I'll make multi-point measurements at different depths to determine light distribution patterns.

PAR numbers (PPFD) at various depths with K7 Pro II at maximum light intensity. Configuration of lamp support and aquarium overflow allows LED array to be a minimum of 6.5" from water surface. Horizontal adjustments to the lamp support allow the LED array to be centered over aquaria up to 24" wide, however, I did not realize this and the lamp was 5" off center. Depths were 17" deep (total of 23.5" to light), 13" (total of 19.5") and 8" (total of 14.5".) PAR measurements (every ~3.5") were made with an Apogee MQ-510 quantum meter with 'improved' sensor. Light was centered on the right side of a 120-gallon tank filled with water to the overflow level. PAR less than 100 micromole/m2/sec are colored black.

Wow, those are some serious numbers.
