Anyone ordered and received their light or even tracking lately? I ordered on 12/29/23 and it said it should ship in 3-5 days. I have emailed and sent a PM to the rep on this board with no response. They have seemed to disappear.

How is it malfunctioning? I have three k7pro111 and haven’t had any issues. When I did order it took some time to get my tracking info. Probably a week or so.I ordered two on 12/26 and received them on 12/30.

Noopsyche messaged back a couple of hours later asking for a video showing the issue.
I sent it immediately.

Wow. Lucky you. I am not sure what happened to my order then. I emailed Customer Service and they said they would check with @Zach B and see why it hadn't been shipped yet and would get back to me but that was about 5 days ago. I sent another email two days later and have not received a response. I filed a paypal claim 2 days ago and no response to that either.after
That is what I said. I went ahead and bought a Radion XR15 light. I guess everything comes with pros and cons. You get a awesome light for a awesome price, but you lose on the customer service side of things. With expensive lights you get both sides but cost you an arm and a leg. Guess the old saying is true "You pay for what you get"It’s a shame because the lights are awesome! But with the company falling down on the job I’m hesitant to use them again with an upgrade or replacement.

FWIW I had similar issues back sometime last yr ..it was a sale ..and others rec'd their orders -I didn't- weeks later..constant badgering noop and zach and posting trash on here ,finally got it shipped...Their people skills suck , period ..order with low expectations on turnaround time.Wow. Lucky you. I am not sure what happened to my order then
