Going to be my first time going to a frag swap. What should I expect? Pretty excited for it!
You can expect to see tons of corals from vendors so likely be able to find nearly anything you are looking for. Be sure to stop out at my booth where I have 100% fully Aquacultured corals that have been grown in my care for years and years. I’m the booth with all the Mystery Boxes set up, you won’t be able to miss me.

Pro tips:

Bring a cooler to keep your corals in when you buy them.

Cash is king so head to the bank before hand, the ATM at these events usually runs dry halfway though.

PayPal and Venmo are likely also accepted so if you have one of them make sure you are able to sign in to use as a form of payment.

All the unique and rare corals will go fast at the beginning, if you see something you like, don’t hesitate because it may be gone before you can get back to that booth.

Very good to know. I had no idea about the cash part. Will be sure to stop at my bank beforehand. Thank you.

Also - I'm not a NORE member as of yet, so I'll be arriving at 11. Will I miss out on any rare corals being an hour late?

There should be plenty to go around and not everyone will be looking for the exact corals you are, but likely the very nice stuff people are after will be gone in the first few hours.

There is defiantly a perk getting in early being a club member. Will you miss out on a bunch? likely not much.
