i'm reading lots of forum discussions on "fish poop" and it seems to be that brown stringy and white stringy poop are bad and can mean internal parasites/other stuff. so...what does normal poop look like lol? i feel like my fish poop brown stringy poop and seem plenty healthy!

i do 3 small feedings a day: pellet, flake, frozen (mysis and brine). no real order

White and stringy is bad. Brown and stringy not so much.

Brown and stringy is fine..

I read this book many times, not much on fish poop tho ;(

It varies by fish and diet. My Foxface looks like its shooting sawdust out its butt when it poops and my Purple Tang poops like rabbit droppings. Most of my other fish just poop about one to two inch brown strands. I did have a fish with internal parasites, (I cured with General Cure in his food) and it was white, very stringy and about four or five inches long and he swam around with it for a while before it would drop off.
