Normal for AI Prime HD+ To make this noise?!

Just bought a used AI Prime HD + Online and don't have any reference to how a new one would sound so wondering if the noise is normal? AI owners please let me know the sound level of your fans and if the lights get louder with time.

I have a 26 and don’t hear the fan unless all other equipment is turned off. Even then I have to listen very closely to even hear the fan.

You can buy replacement fans online for cheap

I have the original model and had to replace the fan. It still makes noises from the screen making contact with the fan when I just have the blue, ultraviolet and purple on at times.
