Normal growth or burnt tips

I’m not sure on this one. Need help. worried this might be burnt tips but my alk is between 7 and 7.7 (two test RedSea and Salifert) dosing kalk hourly as top off and two part three times a day
NO3 is at 2ppm
PO4 is at .04
Mag 1400
Cal 425
Ph peaks at 8.25 dips 7.9 over night

Here are some pics with different lighting. Seems to be only these no name acros that I’ve had for years. And if you can identify them for me you are an acro god send cause no one has been able to tell me what they are.

To me it looks normal but I could be totally wrong

I want to say that these acros grow in spurts. Want to say that I’ve noticed it before. Maybe I’m being hyper observant?

Whew! Thank you all. I can sleep better tonight. Don’t know why I’m always looking for something wrong I’m the tank lately.

+1 on growth tips. When u take pictures for the tips try to meter the shot or set the brightness so that tips aren't over exposed as the pics are making it a bit tricky with the over exposed tips .
