What is a normal REDOX? Every since I added a refugium, my REDOX has gone up to around 400. Before this, it hovered around 300.

what levels do you keep? At what level do you start noticing problems?

Redox is one of those things that you will never get a true answer.
One reason is few test for it, no one really knows the best number and few understand it or how it apply's to our reef.
Back in the day around 400mv is what was often thought to be a good number.

Redox/ORP is a very complicated subject, I have read many great write ups by @Randy Holmes-Farley about Redox or ORP and I still cant fully wrap my head around it.

There isnt really at "set ORP" that is ideal for every tank, but most try to maintain ~350-400mv and no higher than 450mv

One thing I think monitoring ORP can be helpful is if you have a fish ho missing, referring to your ORP log can generally tell you if a fish of a significant size in relation to the water volume has passed away and decomposition in the tank will generally be followed with a dip in ORP.
