WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?
I am trying to get everything ready to start my new tank, and the 20 gallon Norwesco storage tank I ordered showed up today. First, the lid vent seems to be missing. Second, the tank is really dirty; almost seems like it may have been used before. I know these are pretty popular on here; was wondering if this is a common state to receive them in?
