Not a fan of unknown worms

Just got back from vacation to find squirming worms in the sump of my 75 gal saltwater tank. Any ideas of what they are, if and how to get rid of them would be appreciated.
By the way, I only have 3 snails and a hermit crab in the tank; no fish yet.
