It looks like a pretty well run tank to me. Maybe not absolutely thriving at the moment, but pretty solid.
Agree with the chorus that the combo of elevated alkalinity and 0 nitrate and phosphate may be the culprit. U can run the fuge for as few as 4-6 hours a day, or even turn the light off for a couple days until you get readings on nutrients. I'd stop dosing and let alk come down to 9 or less.

Thanks! I forgot to add I replaced kalk solution with fresh RODI in ATO to bring ALK down. Fuge light is on 8h but I will reduce to 6h and see if nutrients go up.
