Not enough flow with biopellets

i have a phosban 150 and running biopellets with a calbalt 1200. I have it opened to max and just barely getting enough flow. I have only put in half of recommended pellets. Do I need a bigger pump?

Yes, you want them to tumble somewhat aggressively.
