So I got these clowns. Literally clownfish. And they hate the anemone, but last night I caught them frolicking within it while it was half closed. Cause that's what happens when the lights go out. The friggin feather duster who also shares the spot with the anemone also comes out. So while the rbta (rainbow bubble tip anemone) is fully opened the clowns are literally open water fish... so is there not enough tentacles? I literally watched one clown burrow into last night I'll try to grab a pic tonight... but for now...

at least your clowns are swimming in the anemone, mine refuses to even after one+ year in same tank!!! :(

Dude its strange, dang things are wouldn't go into it last night. Idk what the issue is. But whatevs, eventually they'll get there. At least they tried.

Mine do the same. Clowns are really psycho where anemones are concerned

I think the Clowns feel secure in the tank and don't feel the need for the nems protection at present
if they were in the tank with larger and potentially more aggressive fish , I reckon they would then be spending more time in that Nem during daylight .
