I like the acclimation box suggestion. Is it better to float a box, hang one, or weigh it down/magnet?

the tie down to the 1/4" overflow pins on the top that way the fish are seeing the new one most of the time.

I think as long as the aggressor can see and interact with the new fish through the wall of the container, it doesn't matter where/how you have the box in the tank.
I was just thinking about the types of fish. Like a sand sleeping wrasse would probably want to have the box with some sand in it. Just thinking about anything that can reduce stress.
I was thinking of buying a pair of clowns and a pair of Pajama cardinalfish. I was thinking of putting them through Quarantine and then try catching the tang right before the new fish are ready for the new tank. I was going to buy this: http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/aqua-medic-fish-trap.html. once caught i would put the tang in the QT for a week or so and let the new fish get accustomed to the display tank then re-introduce the tang.
But i have questions:
1. Will the tang stress out to much going from a big tank back to a small?
2. will a week be enough time to make him feel like the newcomer when re-introduced to the tank.
