Not feather dusters

On the bottom of this rock (and all over my tank) I have had these stick like things growing. Over 2 years ago I had a feather duster out break. There are no "feathers" that come from these and they are pretty hard and snap off like twigs if I push hard enough. I've had these present for months and they aren't hurting anything. I'm not worried about them being here, I really like the biodiversity in my tank. That being said I'm also pretty curious so if anyone knows what they are and could ID them for me I'd be pretty stoaked.

Vermetids I believe, could be Hydroids but the the description of the stalks being hard makes me think Vermetid.
 
Yeah definitely vermetids. Not a terrible thing but also not good. They will likely annoy corals when they shoot their strings to catch food, but shouldn’t cause any damage.
