Not new to reef but need help

Could possibly be a bacterial problem.

Hmmmm, that is odd. But the fuzz does kind of makes it look like it was designed by Dr. Seuss. Do you have any pictures prior to this fuzz event? Contrasting pictures might help others identify it.
