Hi all:
My name is Bob and like my avatar shows I live in Wisconsin between Milwaukee and Madison ( closer to Milwaukee. I've been a freshwater guy for five years ( after a absence of 40 years) and slowly moving to reeding or at least saltwater. Right now I have a 37 Gallon tank with a 5 gal HOB refugium from CPR aquatics. A innovative marine media reactor ( carbon) Neptune apex systems ( full but not the ORB probe) two vortech MP 10's two sponge filters nod a DIY floating bed filter in a planted tank. Moving into chiclids with 10 electric blue Acara's and Cory cats Dnios and plecos total of 22 in that thank. Have a ten gallon with 6 adult endless in it ( was suppose to be my hospital tank) then bought a 5 gallon for my hospital tank then the endler said started breeding and put the fry in the 5 gallon. I had the opportunity to sell them to two mom and pop popular LFS' but three months later they said they weren't as popular as they thought they were going to be. So separating the adults so they don't breed anymore and maybe I sell them on aquibid.com. Or I also have two Aquatop Cf 400 filters. So I'm slowly learning and since I have equipment that normally only reefers and saltwater guys have here I am to learn. Retired/military disabled so I got money and time. I just don't have the room I want/need to do what I want ( live in a condo) so for now I stuck until I'm comfortable to make the switch or I may just stay with cichlids but here I am.

Welcome to R2R hope you enjoy it here. There's a ton of information to go through on here using the search engine. If you make the switch to reefing I'm sure you'll find it very enjoyable and rewarding.

Welcome to the community! Great to have you
