Any ideas what this is?

It appears on the sand, glass and rocks.

Thanks for that. At least they aren't going to cause issues then but there are loads and they don't exactly enhance the tank.

Is there any other way to get rid of them? Anything that would eat them?

Some wrasse will eat them. 6 line is the most common one used.

Yummy... ;Dummy

I have a Lineatus and he has zero interest in eating them. I'll be getting a Tamarind and Diamond Tail but I've not heard of them eating these flatworms.

I wasn't planning on getting a 6 Line but I guess I could and it could be fun to watch him have zero interest in eating them...

They can become quite a nuisance, multiplying rapidly and sitting all over your corals, blocking their light.
Some people use products like flatworm exit to kill them.
Problem is, you have to remove dying ones from the tank quickly or they will release harmful toxins.
Using flatworm exit along with diligent siphoning seems to work.
There are other wrasses that will eat them, like the melanurus wrasse.

Thanks.

They are certainly unsightly. I'd prefer a natural remedy although I've read that Flatworm Exit works fine if you manage the toxins from the die-off and get as many out as possible before dosing it and I don't really want to get a fish that I didn't really want only to find that it doesn't eat them anyway... ;)

FWE will usually work well enough, but may not get them all. Those that survive will be resistant to the suggested dosage making them and their offspring that much more difficult to eliminate. I got a pair of Blue Star Leopard Wrasses that scoured my tank of them in short order. As an added bonus, they are stunning and model reef citizens

Melanarus, corris, leopards will make meals outta them quick.

By tamarin i assume u mean tamarin wrasses of the genus anampses, they probably will eat flatworms too as they eat various other pests

melanurus wrasse

Cheers guys. I got a variety of wrasse today - 6 Line, Tamarin, Black Leopard and Dusky. They are all nice and hopefully at least one will fancy the flatworms.
Nice mix. I would imagine if one starts eating them, the others will join in
