Not receiving the email confirmation email

I am not getting the email confirmation email for my business account. I have checked Junk and did message traces and it does not seem to be hitting my mail server at all.

I wonder if they have to run number checks to filter out applications before they accept & Confirm?

I have no idea how it works, I usually tell folks to send me $$$$ friends and Family and I will get this sorted out for us.
