Not sure how to even start

Due to unforeseen changes, I must part ways with my current setup. I am not sure how to begin to even value the setup to place on the market, however I would like to have it all go to one home to someone that will benefit from all the effort and detail that went into the design to ensure the best possible long term success even though it will more than likely decrease the overall value. Please if anyone has any way to help put a price on this feel free to share. It will include 180 gallon waterbox tank, fish, coral, 2 sumps, qt tank a total of 5 Radions, RODI unit, water storage (fresh and salt), apex with multiple energy bars, water sensors, dos, skimmer, washing machine for socks, every test kit you need (all digital except mag) , supplements, salt, UV sterilizer, 2 heaters being used 5 spare, Neptune wavs, ecotech powerheads with spare wet sides and much much more. Everything is absolutely healthy the only issue the tank has ever experienced and is currently experiencing is a Aptasia outbreak which should not be an issue to clean up during a tank transfer.
